An update on research regarding the targeting of young kids in poverty, (including Harp), for mercenary training, gun running and fighting in Vietnam and Guatemala, as well as other undeclared wars. Also how the actions of those who participated in targeting and training these kids was not indicative of most of our US Vets, as witnessed by the events at Standing Rock, ND this month.
